Paddy cleaner is the most essential equipment in the Rice Mill. It separates all the impurities like straw, dust, sand, stones etc deom paddy which is coming directly from the farmers. The blower has been attached with the machine for proper cleaning. The cleaned paddy husker by elevator for further process. The advantages of paddy cleaner are it increases the life of rubber rolls of paddy husker and also increases the quality of rice and rice bran.

The cleaned paddy is fed to the paddy husker by the elevator for dehusking or shelling process. This machine is also called a paddy sheller. Paddy are separated from the husk in this machine. Machine has been specially designed which gives very less maintenance with neglligible breakage of rice. Aspirator with sufficient capacity of blower has been fitted with the machine to throw away the husk with propely cleaning od rice.

The dehusked or shelled rice will come in to the rice polisher through the elevator automatically. The rice will be fed from the upper side of the rice polisher. Rice will be properly polished for very good shining and bran will be separated. The rice bran is used for the animal and chicken feed. Machine has been scientifically designed based on conical stone and adjustable rubbers which are resulted in the best quality of polished rice and very less maintenance.

Rice grading is important to create the good market. After the first or second polishing the polished rice will come for separating the different quality of rice according to the sizes through the elevator. Broken and different size of rice will be separated through different sieves.
