These verticle type mixers are most ideal for dry mixing. The principle is not to stir or trumble but to whirl the ingredients in the mixing chamber. Vertivale screw Conveyor lifts the ingredients to top, where mixxing paddle whirls particles to the wall of mixing chamber following to the bottom. This mix is lifted and whirled again & again to give homogeneousmix. The biggest advantage of this type mixer is that both feeding and discharge are at ground level.

Horizontal mixers are most suitable for processing animal Feede, i.g. for Poultry, Cattle, Pigs, Sheeps and Aqua Feeds. These mixers are real versatile machines. They produce a homogenous mix of ingradients. MOLASSES, LIQUIDS, FATS CAN BE DIRECTLY ADDED.
